As Ireland’s number 1 Childrens Museum, the multi award winning Playtown Tullamore opened in 2017 and provides a unique play / party experience for families with children of all ages, all abilities and all imaginations.
Explore over 30 themes and act out over 60 possibilities in their miniature town over two levels or demonstrate your creativity in the I.C.E Rooms (Imagine.Create.Explore) located on the 3rd level and packed full of LEGO, K’Nex, Creative Flakes, Magformers, Meccano, Arckit, Gravitrax, 3D puzzles, colouring stations plus so much more!
As well as providing unbeatable play, party and school tour experiences they have also, in 2024, launched ‘Playtown School Edition’ which compliments the Aistear, Siolta & Primary Curriculum Frameworks and is available to hire by schools, pre-schools and montessori’s throughout Ireland.
Also offering a full barista service, snack station & gift items.

6 Months – 3 Years Old: €10:00 (‘Aistear’ Play Experience with access to two levels of Playtown Tullamore)
Ages 4 & Over: €12:50 (S.T.E.A.M Play Experience with access to our 3rd level I.C.E Rooms plus complimentary access to both levels of Playtown Tullamore meaning three levels of play, imagination, creativity and exploration)
Adults/Non Playing Teenagers* : €2.50 (*Teenagers not wishing to play/create are charged at the adult rate)
